To be eligible as an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements within your jurisdiction. You cannot refer yourself, your own company, or properties you own. Westminster Tenants reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion without prior notice if policies are violated.

Terms & Guidelines
Affiliates must avoid self-referrals, fake or misleading sign-ups, spam, unauthorized trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, or association with offensive content. Violations lead to immediate account termination and loss of commissions.
Clearly disclose your affiliate status and comply with applicable advertising laws. Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance.
Personal data collected is strictly used to manage the affiliate program and is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse your data.
Only official logos and content provided may be used. Do not modify or misuse Westminster branding materials.
As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor—not an employee or representative of Westminster Tenants.
All commissions are paid in USD. Terms may change with at least one day’s notice. Commissions for invalid referrals may be reversed. Monthly tracked actions are capped at 20 unless approved otherwise.
Westminster Tenants is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. This agreement is governed by the jurisdiction where Westminster Tenants is registered.
Affiliates may leave the program at any time with written notice. Westminster may terminate accounts due to policy violations. Upon termination, valid commissions above $25 will still be paid.
By joining the program, you confirm that you agree to all terms outlined above and
